Presentation
We, at OXYSER S.L., have spent many years producing oxy-fuel and plasma cutting machines. We have learned from experience that a machine must be, above all, reliable as well as provide a consistent cut over time. We achieved this by deploying systems of the latest technology in the DELTA model. The most important things for OXYSER S.L. are service and reliability. Having every confidence in our product makes us the leader in oxy-fuel and plasma cutting solutions.
This model is suitable for work on air pipes and sheet metal in general.It is also possible to integrate an oxy-fuel blowtorch kit, which gives you the possibility to cut pieces up to a thickness of 300 mm.
Motorización
An important characteristic of the DELTA model is its speed (up to 30 meters per minute).
The powerful motorization, which until now was exclusively integrated in bigger models, ensures quick acceleration, precision and most importantly, maximum reliability.
Quality
Movement of the longitudinal axis on linear recirculating ball guidance system, linear axis on the transversal axis, self-lubricating recirculating ball bearing system, precise epicyclic gearing, intelligent servo motors of C.A.
All this is included in our new DELTA model.
Automatic Height Control
The integrated automatic height control ensures a constant cutting quality, even if the sheet is not totally flat.
The machine´s smooth running allows extremely linear, grooveless cuts with unbeatable precision.

Options
The ideal machine for incorporating high-precision plasma cutting systems also supports up to two oxy-fuel cutting stations. You can also incorporate electric ignition oxycutting torches, with which the torch will turn on automatically without using the cutting table or moving the torch to any particular position. Machine or stationary operating consoles, three-meter longitudinal base with unlimited expansion.Choose your own configuration.
Lastly
It is worth noting that by making a small investment you can increase the return on your machine by increasing its longitudinal travel. This will multiply its production by providing various cutting tables; the machine will not have to stop in order to change sheets but will simply continue cutting on another table, in this way achieving a continual cutting cycle.
