TitanCutting stations The cutting stations of the TITAN model are independent, as the different cutting stations can be chosen from the operating station.The TITAN machine is ready to be equipped with triple cutting stations in order to achieve a bevel cut on both the upper and under side of the sheet (“K” bevel). It is possible to get the desired bevel grade since the triple cutting station is completely motorized.
It also makes the bevel uniform all around thanks to the use of height sensors that allow the machine to always cut at the same distance from the sheet.
Our triple stations come equipped with automatic torch ignition in order to avoid accidents and increase both convenience and speed during the cutting process.
 We can also install plasma cutting stations; it is possible to install up to two such stations. You can install the plasma straight-cutting station or the new Bevel 3D three-dimensional cutting system, with which it is possible to bevel the sheet. Our Bevel 3D system is completely motorized, in this way allowing the machine to place the cutting torch at the requested degree for chamfering; it is even possible for the same sheet to have various bevel degrees on each of its faces, all done automatically.Our lift also incorporates the new height sensor which makes sure the cutting torch is always at the same distance from the sheet during cutting, achieving a higher quality finish as well as uniformity in the beveling if you are using the Bevel 3D system.
