All OXYSER machines have chain drive hose systems, which helps to prolong the life of both the machines wiring and gas pipes.

In addition, theCNC can be installedin a stationary position,withthe video surveillance systemlocated over thecutting process.
Cutting stations
It is possible to set up both the oxy-fuel (torch) and plasma cutting stations.
The oxi-fuel cutting stations can be simple or independent with autonomous gas control.

The motorized torch holder allows the cutting of a great range of thicknesses without having to adjust the height of the torch.
The cutting station’s automatic self-distancing system allows the generating of nestings where the distance between torches can be varied without having to interrupt operation for readjustment.
When the program orders a new distance, the machine does it automatically, providing greater agility in the cutting programming as well as a better use of the sheet in regards to its cutting time.
The gas supply is made using a hose chain, which prolongs the life of the hoses and avoids the typical snags of conventional rail systems Optional extras include height sensors, remote ignition, zinc markers,...
As for the plasma cutting stations, we can mount both the OXYSER® vertical lift and the new three-dimensional Bevel 3D system, with which is possible to make chamfer cuts. It is possible to make a beveled cut to the desired degree thanks to the totally motorized head; it is even possible to modify the degree as cutting is underway, allowing us to leave each face with a different chamfer.
Our lift incorporates the new height sensor which makes sure the cutting torch is always at the same distance from the sheet during the cutting process, achieving a higher quality finish, as well as uniformity in the beveling if you are using the Bevel 3D system.
