The ZEUS model has been designed specifically for plasma cutting tasks, as well as drilling, marking and puncturing.
Its mechanical simplicity, together with its wide range of functions, make the ZEUS model a machine with very low maintenance and an extremely long life.
The video system allows a precise adjustment of both the program’s starting point, as well as the sheet’s alignment. It is also perfect for unprogrammed drilling, for example on a sheet edge.
The system consists of a screen and a high resolution videocamera with interchangeable optics.
Different options can be installed in this model, for example rotational cutting stations (bevel), automatic metal processing stations, etc. All the different options are installed upon customer request, depending on personal preference.
The tridimensional system of plasma cutting allows beveled (chamfer) cutting in all dimensions, up to a maximum of 45º. The system has 3 numerical absolute rotation axes controlled by the CNC. The machine features 6 axes which keep the tool or focal point in the same position, guaranteeing the necessary precision for cutting. The system’s incorporated Z axis controls height and initial position, maintaining a constant height for cutting.
The addition of safety barriers next to the videocamera control station provides a safe working environment for the operator. The smooth running of the machine allows for extremely straight cuts without ridges, leaving an unbeatable finish.
All of this in the new ZEUS model.
All of the OXYSER® machines have chain drive hose systems. This system helps to prolong the life of both the machine’s wiring and gas pipes.
