OXYSER incorporates the most advanced software to run their machines.
The IT department at OXYSER play a key role in the smooth running of their machines by providing: installation, training and maintenance.
 
 The Software used by OXYSER is designed for:
  • programming machines for laser, plasma, oxy-fuel and water-jet cutting;
  • 3D bevel oxy-fuel or plasma cutting;
  • complex processing of parts of plates and pipe fittings.


Today direct material savings can be attained with this Software, the expenses for engineering preparation are reduced and the organization of manufacturing is improved.

 

Use of program products from Vintech RCAM family
 

RCAM-Lite v5 is intended for:
 
- small scale mass, repair production, advertising productions,
- quantity of processed metal – up to 50 tons per month,
- cases of programming one machine,
- programming of machines for:
       - oxy-fuel cutting with one torch,
       - plasma cutting with manual management of the parameters of the plasma source and the cutting regime,
       - laser cutting machines with standard CNC commands.

 RCAM v5 is intended for:

- mass production in cases of medium and large production load,
- programming of group of thermal cutting machines with capacity of processed metal up to 500 tons per month,
- programming of machines for:
       -  one-torch or multi-torch oxy-fuel cutting,
       -  plasma cutting with manual management of the plasma source's parameters
       -  combined plasma and oxy-fuel cutting,
       -  combined cutting and vector marking with a separate or with cutting torch as well,
- machines intended for cutting of thin sheet metals,
- programming of machines for laser or water-jet cutting with standard CNC commands.

 RCAM-Pro v5 is intended for:

- mass production with large production load,
- programming of group of thermal cutting machines,
- in cases of use in the structure of complex systems, with highest level of automation of programming,
- programming with use of special technological methods, such as: common cut, pre-piercing, processing by frames; avoiding
collisions and etc,
- programming of machines for:
     -  laser or water jet cutting with extended set of CNC commands and overlay technological tables.,
     -  one-torch or multi-torch oxy-fuel cutting,
     -  plasma cutting with automatically managed parameters of the plasma source through NC program,
     -  combined plasma and oxy-fuel cutting,
     -  combined cutting and vector marking with a separate or with cutting torch as well; for marking with raster marking
         torch,
     -  bevel cutting with three-torch head with manual setting of the torches' bending,
    -  bevel cutting with one-torch or three-torch head with program controlled bending.
