Micro Impact Marker 



Marcador por micro-impactosOXYSER S.L.  use micro impact markers in their machines. Thanks to this system, the sheets are marked with an alphanumeric code of the customers choosing. This is very useful, as the reference number can be marked on the sheet before cutting, therefore avoiding confusion when referencing it. Also, it means that the operator of the machine doesn’t have to be concerned with reference marking each sheet that is being cut. The system is completely automatic and fully integrated into the machine. The operator is only required to prepare and start up the program. The machine will then take charge of marking the sheets before cutting them. The marked alphanumeric code can be used as a reference number for each sheet. The micro-impact marker permanently marks the characters on the sheet.

Drilling machine

Taladro en máquinaOXYSER S.L. incorporate drill heads into their machines. Therefore, in addition to being cut, the sheets leave the process with drill holes already made. 
The process is fully automatic. The drill holes are made by the machine before the cutting process, leaving the piece virtually finished when it leaves the machine.
The system also holds the piece in place to prevent it from moving while the drilling takes place.


Robot


RobotOXYSER S.L. is now developing a plasma cutter mounted on a robot that will handle the movement of the cutter.
The robot has six axes working simultaneously and a further axis that moves the robot along a linear rail, providing a larger cutting capacity.
The operation of the robot will be similar to that of our other machines. The robot will read a file with the codes of the pieces that are to be cut and will handle all movements, including starting and stopping of the cutting tool.
The robot is compatible with 3D technology and has the advantage of being able to cut in different planes.
